Don't write off sunny conditions

Managed to squeeze a few hours out this afternoon in what some people consider to be rubbish bass weather, but I've often found calm, bright sunny conditions especially after a storm, to be worthy of a go and today was one of them. Three runs on the flooding tide, and managed to hook into one around 4.5lb.

Only surprise was no action on the ebb, as I would have put money on it, but you can't have everything I suppose.
